Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.

All shipping is fully tracked. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $35 (Orders to Hawaii and Alaska do not apply).

USA - 3 to 5 days

Canada - 5 to 7 days

International - 7 to 10 days

Delivery to your address will typically be within the timeframes stated above, but can vary. 

These estimated delivery times are not guaranteed by us or our shipping carriers.

Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order.

At this time, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues at all with your order, please contact us.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement.

Any orders returned to our warehouse without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
