Shipping & Returns
YES! We ship internationally via UPS. Please note that international orders may require additional shipping time, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Duties and taxes can usually be paid at checkout for most shipping options.
Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 days. We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once your package leaves our warehouse, please note that we cannot control how it is handled by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please keep in mind that busy periods like Christmas or unexpected weather events may affect delivery times.
Also, double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, and customers will need to cover any reshipping charges if an incorrect address is provided.
You should receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s not there, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Once your order ships, you’ll also receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
Once an order is placed, it is processed right away, and we’re unable to make changes to any details (such as name, address, products, or combining orders). This includes cancellations as well.
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before submitting to ensure everything is correct.
If you placed your order through Amazon, you can track your shipment and view the status by checking your Amazon Order History.

Since your order was processed by Amazon, we don’t have access to order or shipping information and unfortunately, we are unable to assist with Amazon order inquiries.
We’re so sorry this happened! While our fulfillment partner takes great care in packing every order, we understand that things can go wrong during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Replacement
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as possible. For faster service, please include the following details:
- Photo of the damaged item(s)
- Your original order number
- Your full shipping address
We’re here to help and will make sure you receive your replacement quickly!
Return
At this time, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement.
Please note that any orders returned to our warehouse without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
If your package was marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
- Check with your neighbors or building manager to see if the package was left with them.
- Reach out to your local post office or UPS facility for further assistance.
Please note that once your package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. For lost or stolen packages, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier using the link below:
